CADIZ, Ohio -- Ohio state troopers released the name of a man killed in Harrison County when his motorcycle crashed Friday.
Ivar Lincoln Perkins, 34, of Cadiz, crashed his bike around 4 p.m. on Fox's Bottom Road. Troopers didn't release details on how Perkins lost control of his motorcycle.
