OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —
Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Wheeling man Wednesday night after he nearly hit a cruiser on Dement Road.
Michale Fitzgerald was arrested after deputies said they smelled marijuana in the car and found several Xanex pills that were not prescribed to him.
Fitzgerald is charged with intent to deliver and was in the West Virginia Northern Regional Jail as of Thursday.
