JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
U.S. marshals and Jefferson County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man wanted on rape charges.
Brandon Billingsley was arrested Thursday at a home in Rayland.
Police forced their way into the house and found Billingsley hiding in a shower.
Billingsley was arrested without incident and taken to the Jefferson County Jail.
