Martins Ferry police seeking daytime burglar

MARTINS FERRY, Ohio --

Martins Ferry police are urging residents to keep their doors and windows locked after a daytime burglary.

The burglary happened on Pearl Street on Sunday afternoon. Authorities said a few laptops were stolen from a home there.
