NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio —

Power lines in Tuscarawas County are down after a milk truck crashes into a pole Sunday morning.

Fire crews and Ohio State Highway Patrol officers responded to the call around 8:44 a.m. near Sugar Creek Township on Ragersville Road in New Philadelphia.
