WHEELING, W.Va.—

A Wheeling woman named in a major drug indictment from June will not go to trial in 2012.

Kymberly Mull’s trial before U.S. Federal Judge Frederick Stamp was postponed until January 2013.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said because of the complexity of the case and the charges, both sides needed more time.

Mull was one of four people indicted in June by a federal grand jury.

She is currently facing 25 drug-related charges.

She is being represented by David Jividen, Esq.

Mull remains out of jail on a personal recognizance bond.

If convicted, she faces millions of dollars in fines and decades in prison.
