Murder-For-Hire Case Goes Back To Court

The re-sentencing hearing comes almost two years after a woman is found guilty of the crime.

Leslie Long faced a judge for another sentencing hearing because of a new law in Ohio that made her last hearing unconstitutional.

Even though long pleaded for a shorter sentence, the judge handed down the exact same punishment of nine years in prison.

Long was found guilty of paying two men $5,000 to shoot her husband back in 2004.

Brian Long fully recovered, and did give testimony against his former wife on Monday.
