New Leads On Case Of Missing Father, Son

The Carroll County sheriff said his department is working on new leads in the case of two missing men.

Ernest Decker Jr. and his son David Decker, who are both from the Waynesburg, Pa., area, were last seen Dec. 13.

Investigators later found blood-stained glasses on the property of Ernest Decker Jr.

Sheriff Dale Williams said investigators conducted DNA tests on the glasses and the blood to help determine what happened to the two men. Those results were expected to be back on Monday.

If test results prove the blood belongs to one of the men, Williams said it could be a case of foul play.

Deputies are still searching for a red 1997 Mercury Tracer that may belong to one of the men.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
