WHEELING, W.Va. —
Ohio County Prosecutor Scott Smith said no charges will be filed in connection with a sexual assault alleged to have happened at Wheeling Jesuit University.
Smith said that after thoroughly reviewing details in the investigation, the Prosecutor's Office has determined there is not enough evidence to support the filing of criminal charges.
A woman filed a report with Wheeling police in September about the alleged incident.
