A cement truck driver was cited after his truck overturned on Route 22 on Thursday afternoon, officials with the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

John E. Adams, the driver, was taken to a Steubenville hospital for treatment. Adams was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
