OVI Suspect Nabbed In Three-Car Crash

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio —

A three-car crash clogged up traffic on Interstate 70 in St. Clairsville.

Troopers said the crash also helped them catch a drunken driver, when he got caught up in it.

Troopers said a tractor-trailer driver was going too fast, tried to change lanes, and pushed a car into the median.

The wheel of that car then flew across traffic and hit driver William Beall of St. Clairsville head-on.

Troopers said Beall was intoxicated behind the wheel.

He went to the hosptial, and so did the driver of the car.

Beall and the tractor-trailer driver have been cited.
