OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —
Ohio Valley Medical Center gained national attention this week for its Center for Breast Care.
The National Accreditation Program For Breast Centers designated the center as an accredited breast care center, which makes it the only hospital in the northern panhandle and just one of four in the state with that designation.
Officials at OVMC said they meet the Breast Centers’ standards that all physicians practicing in the center are board certified.
