STEUBENVILLE, Ohio —
The parents of the first baby born in 2013 in the Ohio Valley explained to NEWS9 that getting to the hospital on New Year's Evewas challenging.
"I was really nervous," said new dad Joe Hammack. "We ended up driving here in the middle of the snow when it was the worst out last night."
Joe and Crystal Hammack welcomed their first baby, Bryn, Tuesday at 12:59 a.m. at Trinity West in Steubenville.
Bryn has a full head of dark hair like her dad. She's 20 inches long and 6 pounds 6 ounces.
