WHEELING, W.Va. —
The call came into police around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Detective Jeff Griffith told NEWS9’s Jasmine Lo that the victim is being treated at Ohio Valley Medical Center for a gunshot to the back.
People standing in the area of West Virginia Northern Community College said they did not see or hear anything.
Police have no suspects.
