STEUBENVILLE, Ohio —
Steubenville police put a woman behind bars charged with felony theft Friday night after mall security said they caught her shoplifting merchandise.
Police said they found Alouvise Harris in handcuffs around 9 p.m. at the Fort Steuben Mall. She allegedly shoplifted more than $1,000 worth of clothing and jewelry from Sears.
Police said she had a car reported stolen from Marshall County, W.Va.
She is held without bond at the Jefferson County Jail on charges of felony theft and possession of drug instruments.
