Police Chief's Son Enters Plea

A Toronto man entered a guilty plea in Jefferson County Common Pleas Court to a charge of aggravated assault.

Investigators said Travis Mosti fired a shotgun outside his home on Railroad Avenue.

According to police, the bullet narrowly missed another man's leg.

Mosti is in the Jefferson County Jail. A sentencing date has not been set.

Because the defendant is the son of the Toronto Police Chief, an outside agency investigated the case.
