GUERNSEY COUNTY, Ohio —
Police are searching for a person who stole a truck, crashed it, then ran away.
The incident happened early Wednesday in Guernsey County. Officials said the thief crashed the stolen truck near the intersection of Route 541 and Guernsey Valley Road.
The thief was wearing a red flannel shirt, hooded sweat jacket and blue jeans.
Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and K-9 units are also assisting in the search for the thief.
