Austin was transported to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and told police he couldn’t remember what happened.

The investigation led officers to a home on Michigan Avenue in East Liverpool, where blood was found on the porch.

Officers also found several items believed to be related to the shooting, including crack cocaine, scales and drug paraphernalia.

Police said Austin does not want to cooperate with investigators.

Officials said they have a warrant out for a possible suspect, but that person’s name had not been released as of Tuesday afternoon and no arrests had been made.
