TORONTO, Ohio —
Children and their parents waiting at a Jefferson County bus stop this week made a startling discovery.
A little after 7 a.m. Monday, they found a 58-year-old Toronto woman in cardiac arrest around Franklin Street and Logan Avenue.
Emergency responders tried to do CPR while they transported her to the hospital, but the woman later died.
Officers said the woman died of natural causes.
