COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio —
According to American Electric Power Ohio, 8,080 people are without power in Columbiana County. The outage is due to a transmission station problem, but the specific issue has not been identified, AEP officials said.
According to officials, the outage mostly affects customers in Calcutta and East Liverpool. Crews are investigating the incident, and there is not yet a set restoration time, officials said. Stick with NEWS9 for new details as they develop.
