Prosecutor Drops Intimidation Charges

The Tuscarawas County prosecutor is dropping intimidation charges against Manuel Lorenzo Ramos.

Ramos has been in jail since July 10, when police said he tried to intimidate a witness in connection to the July 4 murder of Oswaldo Quinilla Lux.

Ramos is now a free man, after the prosecutor said significant developments is casting doubt on the evidence that lead to Ramos’ arrest.
