WHEELING, W.Va. —
Ohio County Prosecutor Scott Smith has confirmed that no criminal charges will be filed against a teen after an investigation into an alleged sexual assault at Wheeling Park High School.
The incident that police had been investigating happened on Dec. 13.
Smith said that based upon the investigation, it was determined that there was not enough evidence to charge anyone.
The case is now closed.
