A December 7th trial date is set for a Wheeling man indicted for gunning down a man in East Wheeling.
James Pugh pled not guilty to killing Christopher Waits on the corner of 15th and Wood Street in July.
In addition to murder, Pugh also pled not guilty to the charges of possessing a firearm, fleeing an officer, and intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Bond for Pugh remains at one million dollars.
