GUERNSEY COUNTY, Ohio —

The Guernsey County Sheriff's Office said the reward in a homicide investigation has increased to $25,000.

The original reward for finding Dr. John Gholl's killer was $5,000.

Gholl was killed in June 2011. His body was found at Salt Fork State Park, near the edge of the lake.

Authorities said Gholl was reportedly seen having a heated discussion with another man just before he was killed.

The other man is described as a white man between the ages of 42 and 52 years old, with scruffy facial hair and a tan complexion.
