JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
Cheryl Forster, 48, of Richmond, was flown by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital immediately following the crash that killed her husband, 49-year-old William Forster.
The crash happened on state Route 43 in East Springfield on Monday night.
