Friday, Belmont Technical College sponsored and judged the O.V.A.C. Website Design Championship for the second year in a row.
St. Clairsville's holding the top honor as the best for design and content.
Buckeye Trail took home second place, and Monroe Central, Bridgeport and John Marshall rounded out the top five.
