Search For Man In Need Of Medication

It's been two days, and still no sign of a Belmont County man who needs his medication, and his family said they fear for his life.

Around Two O'clock Saturday afternoon residents in the Blaine, Ohio area reported seeing a man wandering in their yard, disoriented and confused.

On Sunday a man reported that he hasn't seen his brother, who is on medication for schizophrenia, for 24 hours.

"We were able to connect these two individuals, said Sgt. Tom Duvaul. Found that the man seen yesterday, is our missing man."

The Belmont County Sheriffs Department started combing the area where Domingo Pasqualla was last seen, and turn up nothing.

As the hours dragged on, and the sun blazed in the sky, it started taking its toll on the rescuers. Two men had to be sent home because of the extreme heat.

That heat that has Domingos family worried for his life.

"We're concerned, said Charles Baldwin, Pasquallas uncle. We're in fear for his life, really."

The terrain where he was last seen is rocky and rugged. It would be difficult for an experienced woodsman to navigate. But Pasqualla was hardly prepared for it, he only had a tattered shirt on, and wasnt wearing any shoes.

"The area he's in is very desolate, said Sgt. Devaul. We're looking now, at about 30 hours that man's had no water and nothing to eat.

As the family watched the rescue operation, they said they feel helpless, but not hopeless. What drives Shane Pasqualla, is the thought of his brothers two children.

"There with me now, and the last thing I want to do is tell his daughters any bad news," said Pasqualla.
