COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio--- —

Two male juveniles are in custody Saturday for vandalizing property throughout East Liverpool after police say they admitted to the costly crimes, according to Capt. Thomas Clark of the East Liverpool Police Department.

Officials said Thursday night the two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, vandalized East Liverpool High School, Trinity Church, and a nearby doctor’s office.  According to police, at each location the vandals used spray paint to coat windows, street signs and brick walls with graffiti and profanity.

Police said someone called to report spray paint on the caller's garage and noticed a suspicious looking boy sitting on a bench inside the high school football stadium. Officers investigated and the juvenile admitted his crimes then gave the name of the other boy involved, who also told police he was responsible.

It is unclear how costly the damage is, but officials estimate it will be expensive as 15 reports were made as of Saturday afternoon.

A prosecutor will determine what charges the juveniles face, Clark said.
