Sheriff asks voters to pass levy in Harrison County

By NEWS9

CADIZ, Ohio  Harrison County Sheriff Ron Myers explained why a levy replacement on the ballot during the upcoming election on Tuesday could help the sheriff's office if it passes.

Myers said he has just one more weekend to try to convince voters to pass a 1-mil levy that would replace the current levy. The current levy has been around since 1998. Elected officials were asking for a replacement instead of a renewal to bring the levy funding up to current financial calculations.
