The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce is offering help for small business start-ups and it is free.
With the help of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Development Centers of Ohio can help the growth of small businesses in the area.
Certified Business Advisor Joe Belinsky says, "The group starts out by helping people to develop a business plan" and "There is a tremendous entrepeneurial spirit in Jefferson County".
