STEUBENVILLE, Ohio —
Steubenville Water Department officials have lifted the boil order for residents at noon Sunday following a water main break Friday.
Samples were sent to a regional lab after the break affected about 2,800 homes in the La Belle and Pleasant Heights neighborhoods. Officials said the samples tested negative for bacteria.
