Sinclair Avenue between John Scott Highway and Lovers Lane is closed to traffic Thursday.
Crews are installing a new water service line to Lanica Nursing Home.
The nursing home, Riverside Medical Offices and the rear entrance to the mall will still have access off of Lovers Lane.
The section of road is expected to reopen around 7:30 p.m.
