ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio —
According to Sgt. James Tracy of the OSHP, Jarrett J. Robinson called the barracks Thursday evening after investigators had attempted to contact members of his family.
Robinson has outstanding warrants for drug possession and receiving stolen property.
