By Philip Stahl

MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va.—

Moundsville City Council hopes to have three streets paved before the end of summer.

Council recently approved the city manger to spend $215,350.80 on street paving.

Streets to be resurfaced include Garfield Street, from 12th Street to Ruby Street, Railroad Street, from Jackson Street to 4th Street, and 13th Street from Route 2 to the Ohio River.

Vice Mayor Gene Saunders says the work should begin within the next few weeks.
