She wanted to turn over a new leaf in 2007 and is kicking into high gear by losing weight and eating healthier. Cathy Cooper started doing something she hadn’t done in years, exercise! Her goal was to manage her diabetes by losing body mass and dropping pounds, and now she’s making it happen. Exercising more, eating better and feeling healthy.
