TOV Tube Best Halloween Video Contest

Halloween is a time of fun, dressing up in costumes and decorating pumpkins. This Halloween, WTOV9 wants to share in the fun by holding a best costume, best ghost story and best decorated house contest. We want to see how you celebrate Halloween in your family!

The contest runs Oct. 10, 2008, through Nov. 7, 2008. The drawing for the Ultra Series Flip Camcorder will be held Friday, Nov. 7, at noon. The contest is for U.S. residents 18 years and older. For a complete set of contest rules, click here.
