OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —
Wheeling police arrested a Cleveland man after finding drugs in his car during a traffic stop.
Jewan Kyle, 24, was arrested early Wednesday morning on Wheeling Island.
Police said they found marijuana, crack cocaine, heroin and pills in his car.
Kyle is charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver.
He was arraigned Wednesday morning and, as of 4 p.m., remained in jail on $40,000 bond.
