Trio Faces Charges After Breaking Into Parking Meters

A Moundsville councilman called police when he heard some noise on Jefferson Avenue.

When police arrived, they said they caught a trio in the act, with crow bars, breaking into parking meters.

Police arrested Jennifer Thompson, Jerry Iteen and Joseph Wells. All three are facing larceny and destruction of property charges.

Some of the parking meters on Jefferson Avenue are still damaged.
