TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio —
A 19-year-old Newcomerstown man will face at least five years in jail after pleading guilty to raping a girl.
Daniel H. McComas reached a plea deal after he was indicted on one count of rape for an incident involving a girl younger than 13, according to NEWS9's news partners at the Times-Reporter.
McComas must also register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 30.
