Two people face felony drug trafficking charges

Carroll County, OH—

Two people are behind bars and facing felony drug trafficking charges.  

Aaron D. Borne, 29, of 405 S. Market Street Minerva, Ohio, and Terry L. Ochsenbine, 46, of the same address, were arrested Jan. 13.

The arrests stem from undercover operations where both marijuana and Hydrocodone were bought from the subjects at the Market Street residence.

Borne is charged with three felony 5 counts of trafficking in marijuana for his involvement in the sales.

Ochsenbine is charged with one felony 5 count of trafficking in drugs for her involvement in the trafficking of Hydrocodone.

Both Borne and Ochsenbine were taking into custody without incident by agents and officers.


The investigation was a team effort of the Multi-County L.E.A.D Task Force, The Carroll County Sheriff's Office and The Minerva Police Department.

As of now, both remain behind bars.
