By NEWS9

WHEELING, W.Va. —

Weirton police arrested a man for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance Friday after an undercover operation in May 2012.

According to court documents, officers answered a Craigslist ad to buy 45 grams of K-2 synthetic marijuana and arrested Anthony DeCollo II.

Reports said officers bought the drugs at the North Park apartments with $230 from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and they sent the evidence to the West Virginia State Police for analyses.

DeCollo was previously arrested in September 2012 for possession with intent to deliver.

Magistrate Joe Roxby set his bond at $10,000.
