University Offering Suggestions To Students

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio —

Everyone is feeling the pain at the pump, especially college students.

School officials at Ohio University Eastern Campus are giving students advice on ways to save.

"We are offering as much as possible, advise them to take their courses one, two or three days a week," said staff member Crystal Lorimor.

Officials are even going as far as suggesting internet classes so students from Steubenville to Barnesville can focus on their studies and not the pain at the pump.

"Be accommodating with students, we know gas prices are a burden and we are conscious of that," said Lorimor.

And she told NEWS9 that the university has received positive feedback from students because they are benefiting the most.
