WHEELING, W.Va. —
Several areas of Wheeling will be affected by a water shutoff on Friday.
The water is being shut off at noon so crews can replace a broken valve.
Once the water is restored, a 48-hour boil order will be in effect for Regina, Alberta, Dorthy, Evelyn Avenue, East Bethlehem Boulevard, East Cove, and Idabelle Avenue.
