HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va. —
A Weirton man accused of giving a sexually transmitted disease to a 2-year-old is free on bond.
Court officials confirmed that 19-year-old Tyler Graham posted $50,000 bail and is out of the West Virginia Northern Regional Jail.
Graham was due in Hancock County Magistrate Court on Friday morning, but his appearance was rescheduled for the beginning of March.
Police said a relative discovered evidence of an assault after the toddler was initially treated for what appeared to be a severe diaper rash.
