West Virginia Public Service Re-looks At Frontier

Main Body: The West Virginia Public Service commission’s consumer advocate division wants the agency to take another look at the Frontier’s acquisition of Verizon’s land line network in the state.

The PSC approved the deal in May, but the consumer advocate division wants the agency to reopen its decision.
