WHEELING, W.Va. —
There's a baby boom at Wheeling Hospital.
The hospital says 1,217 babies were born at its Labor and Delivery Department in 2012. That's the highest number in the past decade.
A total 10,601 babies were born at the hospital from 2002 through 2012.
