Woman arrested for inducing panic

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio---

Belmont County Sheriff deputies arrested Lilly R. Milbert, 52, for inducing panic after she called 911 and told them that she was cab driver, and was at Ohio Valley Plaza and a man paid her $20 and left. She said he owed her $67 more.

Dispatchers say she stated that, "She was going to the Hampton Inn to wait for him and run him over."

Milbert was transported to the Belmont County Justice CenterĀ
