OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —

A woman accused of being part of an Ohio County pharmacy robbery was almost arrested on Wednesday for being late for court.

Melody Fisher was about 15 minutes late to court, but Judge James Mazzone went on with the hearing.

Fisher is charged with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Her December trial was pushed back to January because prosecutors want to wait for the West Virginia Supreme Court to rule on whether they can proceed with felony murder charges.

All of the charges stem from an incident at the Elm Grove Pharmacy, where a man was killed while trying to rob the pharmacy at gunpoint.
