Starting in Pittsburgh and working my way down to Wheeling, here's what we've got going on in the Ohio Valley this weekend:

The Lord of the Dance will be performed at the Benedum Friday and Saturday

The Pens take the ice at Mellon Arena Friday and Sunday

Gary Allan takes the stage at the Pepsi-Cola Roadhouse Friday night

Kurt James brings his Fun and Games to St. John's Arena for Winterfest Friday and Saturday.

The Weirton Holiday Inn offers a night of comedy on Friday.

The Nailers take the ice at Wesbanco Arena Friday night and on Saturday at 3:00 the Central Catholic Super Bingo takes over

And the Blue Grass Jamboree is at the Capitol Music Hall Saturday.

Movies opening this weekend include:

Against The Ropes stars Meg Ryan as Jackie Kallen, one of the most successful female boxing managers in history. Omar Epps co-stars as her first prizefighter

Lindsay Lohan stars as a teenager wrestling with a move from Greenwich Village, NY to Dellwood, NJ, where she's not the most popular girl in school in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

A brother and sister and their friends take a Eurotrip from London to Paris to Amsterdam with wild and wacky experiences along the way.

Welcome To Mooseport stars Gene Hackman as a former 2-term President running against a local hardware store owner (Ray Romano) for Mayor of a small New England town.

And on Wednesday, Ash Wednesday for those of the Catholic faith, Mel Gibson's much talked about controversial film The Passion of the Christ opens.

And the Screen Actor Guild Awards will be given out on Sunday night at 8:00. These awards are voted on by actors for actors in movies and television.

Now have a great weekend whatever you do.
