Cincinnati quarterback and former Steubenville Big Red star Zach Collaros will have surgery for a broken right ankle, sidelining him for the Bearcats' last three regular-season games.

Collaros hurt the ankle during the second quarter of a 24-21 loss to West Virginia on Saturday. He'll have surgery on Monday.

The Bearcats say he could be back for their bowl game.

Sophomore Munchie Legaux will replace the fifth-year senior. Legaux hasn't started a collegiate game.

Collaros and the Bearcats still lead the Big East standings despite Saturday's loss to WVU with a 3-1 record.
